Fatman's Beef Jerky

Description

Due to the fact that we are a USDA Inspected facility, many standards must be met to ensure that our product is safe and wholesome. Our state-of-the-art smokehouses record the internal temperature of the meat, making sure that critical control temperatures are reached prior to the drying cycle.

Once the jerky is dried, water activity tests are performed to ensure that our product will be shelf-stable for 6 months to one year. This is necessary, as we do not add any MSG or nitrites to our product.
